The Adult Boccé League was designed to provide the community with an opportunity to participate in an organized sports activity. The leagues are set up for competitive play, but the overall goal is enjoyable participation for all. The emphasis is purely recreational and is based on developing fun, enjoyment, good sportsmanship, and friendship.
BOCCE LEAGUE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
- Spring 2026 Registration Opens: February 2026!
- Resident Registration: February 17, 2026
- Non-Resident Registration: February 19, 2026
Note: Only the team captain needs to register the team.
Whether the captain is a resident or not is what matters — not the rest of the team.
Your team can have any mix of residents and non-residents. There are no special rules or deadlines for returning teams. Registration depends only on whether the captain is a resident or non-resident.
- Deadline: March 16, 2026 (Will be open until filled)
- Season Starts: March 29, 2026 (Weather Permitting)
- Note: No games will be played on April 5th (Easter), May 10th (Mother's Day), May 22-25th (Memorial day weekend)
- Note: start time is subject to change due to weather or other field considerations.
- Court Locations: Rodgers Smith Park (RSP) and Pleasant Hill Park (PHP).
- Choose from Mon-Sun (no Fridays at PHP unless you play in the Friday only league) or Friday Night ONLY League (Only at PHP) .
- Mon-Sun league teams play one night per week (unless odd number of teams), varying different days each week.
- 10 match schedule (Spring + Summer) with playoffs (if your team qualifies)
- 6 match schedule no playoffs (Fall)
- The league does not offer a Free Agent list for single players. Team registration only.
- No Roster Adds or Changes after week 4
- Current teams: If your team has played in spring, summer, or fall of 2025, you will not need to submit new rosters for each season you play in 2026. Please review your receipt for instructions on how to transfer your previous spring, summer, or fall 2025 roster to your current 2026 season.
- No Refunds after your team is placed on the schedule.
HOW TO SUBMIT A TEAM:
Only TEAM registrations are accepted. No Free Agent list available.
- Preferred registration method is online. Please be sure you make an account before attempting to register your team.
- If you need assistance you may come into the District office for assistance with registration.

- Team captains/managers are responsible for submitting full payment for their team's registration. This includes the fee for each non resident teammate.
- Non Resident fee is $12 per non resident. Max Non resident charge is 6 non residents ($72). The 7th non resident or more is no charge.
- When registering your team click the "+" sign up to 6 times to add your calculated non resident charge properly.
- Team captain’s are also responsible for securing the minimum amount of players for their roster (6) and ensuring all signatures are completed via Quickscores.
- Once your registration is complete, you will need to check your receipt for instructions on how to invite the players on your roster to join your team via Quickscores. This email should get to you as soon as you register. Please use the link provided to access Quickscores and begin building your team. If you will simply be using the same roster as a previous season, please transfer your roster to your current season via the instructions in Quickscores.

- A digital waiver will be sent once you invite your teammates through Quickscores. Each player on your roster MUST sign the waiver before the start of the season. You need the minimum amount of roster players to be invited and waivers signed before the start of the season.
- You can add additional players without penalty up until 4 weeks into the season as long as you have the minimum of signed players when the season starts
- Your team will be in jeopardy of loosing their spot if:
- Minimum roster amount (6 players) have not signed waiver within before the start of the season.
- This means all additional players you added past the minimum roster amount must also have their waivers signed.
- Non resident fees have not been paid
- Minimum roster amount (6 players) have not signed waiver within before the start of the season.
- Note: You no longer must submit a roster addition form if you will be adding or dropping a teammate. you can add or drop a teammate directly via Quickscores until the specified date for the season you are in. This must be done before 5pm on your night of play. Violation of this policy could result in a forfeit of a game, season suspension, player submission, player suspension, team suspension, Player termination, or league termination.
- Additions can be made up to 4 weeks after the start of the season. Drops can be made any time in the season.

- Rescheduling or Game Cancellation: Is at the discretion of the league coordinator. Games can or may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, field or other issues. Please be sure to sign up for Field alerts for most up to date information on weather related field/game cancellations or rescheduling.
