Senior Resource Center
The Pleasant Hill Senior Center will remain closed to the public until further notice per Contra Costa Health Services health orders. The Pleasant Hill Rec & Park Senior Center will have virtual "office hours" when staff will available to take your phone calls to answer questions and provide registration support.
Call the Senior Center at (925) 798-8788 during the following "virtual" office hours:
- Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays: 9:00am to 12:00pm
- During Stay at Home orders, hours will vary.

NOURISHMENT
CC Cafe
The Senior CC Cafe program at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center will continue to provide meals "to go" for adults over 60 years old on a limited basis until further notice. The dining room at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center will be closed.
To-Go meals packs (5 frozen meals + milk, bread and fruit) are available for pick up at the Senior Center on Wednesdays from 10:30am-11am. There is a $15 suggested donation. Reservations need to be placed by Tuesday at noon. For people picking up meals, please wear a mask and allow a 6-foot distance between you and next person at all times. If you are unable to pick up, please contact us with as much advance notice as possible so we can make delivery arrangements for you if possible.

SENIOR FOOD PROGRAM - FREE groceries twice a month to low-income individuals aged 55 or older. Only one senior per household can receive food. Bring a picture ID and proof of address (PG&E bill, for example). Pickup Location: Teamsters Local 315 Hall, 2727 Alhambra Ave, Martinez, 1st & 3rd Thursday, 9:00-10:00am
COMMUNITY PRODUCE PROGRAM - We provide 15-20 pounds of FREE fresh produce to low-income families and individuals twice a month. Please bring two bags with handles. Choose ONE location:

Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa
Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa is here to help anyone that is in need of food now and through the holidays. Meals and groceries are available by visiting one of the five dining rooms located throughout Contra Costa County. Anyone can come and receive a meal. Caregivers and families are welcome to come and pick up meals for loved ones that are homebound. All meals are currently being served in a to-go container due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Loaves and Fishes is closed for the holidays but will be serving holiday meals the week before.
The Martinez location serves 7 days a week. Meals are served 11:00am-12:45pm. A Food Pantry is available Monday-Friday. The meals are delicious, cooked by a Chef daily and nutritious!
