The ultimate in low-impact aerobics for men and women! Classes offer all the benefits of land aerobics while cushioning the body from impact and providing resistance during all exercise. Emphasis is on a cardiovascular workout while toning muscles and slimming the body. Swimming skills not required.

Water Aerobics Punch Card is only valid for the MWF Class. If future health orders restrict attendance/ class size, participants registered for the session will have priority over those using the punch card.
Single day registration is available starting 2/11/22 for the MWF class!
