Get ready for tail-wagging fun!
Join us for this free canine celebration in Pleasant Hill Park featuring local vendors, community resources, food trucks for humans, and seven adoption and rescue agencies with adorable adoptable pets looking for their forever homes. Enjoy a day filled with fun dog-friendly activities, food, treats, and paw-positive vibes for all (dogs included).
Please keep your dog on a leash and pick up after your pup.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- Meet your new best friend at one of our local dog adoption and rescue agencies. View video
- Explore vendor booths to shop for special treats, mingle with community resources, and learn more about dog-related services available.
- Grab food (and drinks) from vendors serving tasty treats for humans
- Capture the moment with a photo op for you and your dog!
- Enjoy a day in the park with your canine companion.
Ultimutt Competitions
Think your dog has star power? Get ready and enter Ultimutt Competitions, a tail-wagging contest where pups (and their humans) show off their style, skills, and charm!
Categories include:
- Best Costume/Best Dressed
- Doppelganger (Dog + Human look-a-like duos)
- Best Trick
- Waggiest Tail
Whether you’re in it for the bragging rights or just the fun, this crowd-participation competition will put a smile on your face. Sign-ups are available on-site the day of the event

Aggressive or ill-behaved dogs (or their human) will be asked to leave the event for the safety of all.
