Welcome to the Pleasant Hill Dolfins Swim Team!
Have Fun! Swim Fast! The Pleasant Hill Dolfins is a summer recreational swim team. Daily practice with instruction in all four competitive strokes, racing starts and turns and swim meets in the summer. The team also offers special activities for swimmers and their families. The swim team is open to youth 18 years old and under.
Swimmers must be able to swim freestyle with their face in the water and rhythmic breathing, and backstroke.
- Swimmers 8 & under must be able to swim 25 yards of each stroke.
- Swimmers 9 & older must be able to swim 50 yards of each stroke.
All new swimmers aged 10 & under must register for and attend a free Swim Try Out to ensure correct program placement.
Thank you for a great 2025 season! Details for the 2026 season are now available. Registration will open on December 8, 2025 (December 10, 2025 for non-residents) The season runs April-July, with County qualifying swimmers continuing to practice through the first week of August.
We also offer Swim Clinics for recreational swimmers at different times of the year.
We look forward to swimming together this season.
