PHRec Cares Academy is a perfect blend of school and social interaction in a fun, safe and supervised environment. Children will be grouped by grade, in "pods" of 12.

Cares Academy Pods:
Grades 1 & 2
Grades 3-5
Grades 6-8

Staff will supervise distance learning during school hours as well as providing technological help, keeping students on task and monitoring classwork.

Throughout the day, between schoolwork and once school work is complete, kids will get to enjoy free play, arts & crafts, S.T.E.M activities, sports, and group games with a blend of indoor and outdoor time.

Please note that the program sessions are Monday-Friday. At this time, we are unable to accommodate discounted part-time registration. As more MDUSD schedule information becomes available, we hope to introduce additional program options. Stay tuned!

*All grade sessions are 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
One kindergarten session will have an additional time option: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
