NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT bids for the Pleasant Hill Community Center Building Project (approximately 21,500 gross square feet) will be received by the Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District on or before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the District Office, 147 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA. The Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition; temporary fencing; underground utilities; over-excavation and compaction; foundations; wood frame construction; rough mechanical, electrical, plumbing; exterior and interior finishes, hardscape, irrigation, landscaping; curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements; site lighting; interior and exterior signage, including two other buildings; and new parking lot improvements. Copies of the bid package can be procured beginning April 10, 2012, for a non-refundable cost of $325, plus shipping and handling, from Custom Blue Print’s on-line Plan Room, at www.eastbayblueprint.com.
