Now you can use the internet to register for all class listings through this site. There is a non-refundable convenience fee, typical of any internet sale, added to online registrations.

Please call (925) 682-0896, or e-mail us, to be put on our mailing list to receive a copy of the Spare Time Spotlight, our catalog of classes.

• Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express registrations accepted.See class listings for exceptions to registration dates.
• NO REFUNDS unless class/activity is changed or canceled by the District.
• All registrations are on a first come, first served basis. When enrollment is low P.H.R.&P.D. reserves the right to cancel the class/activity.
• If you register by mail for a class that has reached maximum enrollment, you will be notified and your check will be returned.
• Pre-registration is required at least three days prior to all workshops.
• Classes will not be held on May 30, July 4, and Sept. 5.Other exception dates are noted with class listings

Remember, Enroll Early!
We make it easy! You can mail, phone, or walk in your registration. But please don't put it off. There is a point when classes/activities must be cancelled due to insufficient advance registration. So, please enroll early!

How to Register for Classes
	Internet Visa/MasterCard/American Epress cards are accepted. A non-refundable convenience fee, typical of any internet sale, is added to online registrations. $5 online discount on eligible online class registrations. Visa/MasterCard/American Express accepted. 	Mail-in Complete the form in the Spare Time Spotlight or printout the form HERE. When you register by mail, you are enrolled in the class of your choice unless otherwise notified. Receipt will be sent to verify enrollment.
	Phone-in Please have your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card ready when you call (925) 682-0896.
	Walk - In Register Mon–Fri 9 am –5 pm, at 147 Gregory Lane.
	First Class Meeting Unless otherwise stated in class listing, registration accepted on space available basis at first class meeting, payable by check, VISA, or MasterCard or American Express. Please call (925) 682-0896, Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm, to make sure class is still available.

NOTE: By submitting your check for payment, you are authorizing PHR&PD to make a one-time electronic debit from your account for the amount of your check; no additional fee will be added. (If we cannot collect your electronic payment due to technical reasons, we will issue a draft agains your account.)
