Chilpancingo Tile Fountain

Designed by Charles Moore to pay tribute to Pleasant Hill's Sister City, Chilpancingo, Mexico. It operates solely with well water and not the municipal water system. The plumbing system for the fountain and lake also serves to cool the Council chambers. Dedicated in 1994.
