Managing Insomnia

Dr. Brast has been a Medical/Mental Health Professional for over four decades and has lectured at Oxford University in England, Australia and a variety of other venues including the University of California School of Medicine at Davis. During this presentation he will cover how to successfully conquer chronic insomnia and sleep deprivation difficulties. People who have trouble getting to sleep or sleeping through the night and do not have a specific medical sleep disorder such as sleep apnea will reap tremendous benefit from this lecture.
